Rachel, ‘Rae’, Wilson is a wine/restaurant consultant based in Austin, Texas, with a passion for deconstructing wine culture and making it accessible to all.  She holds an advanced certification from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, and is a certified sommelier with the Court of Master’s.  She’s made wine in California, Portugal, the Texas Hill Country and continues to consult for local and international business.
